• Supplied complete with timber frame. Outside measurement 540 x 1130mm
• Fully (30mm thick) insulated trap door. Trap door sealed with EPDM sealing strip to prevent heat loss and downward draughts
• Unique positive lock fitted to trap door
• Will suit virtually all applications
• Ladder sections ‘sit’ on trap door so no inside loft clearance required
• Simple height adjustment to give correct climbing angle
• White surface trap door to blend with existing decor
