• Supplied complete with timber frame - outside measurement 680mm x 1175mm
• Frame fitted with rubber draught excluder to prevent heat loss and draught
• Trap door made to sandwich construction with full 50mm polystyrene insulation
• White faced trap door (3mm masonite on inside and outside surfaces) to blend with existing decor
• Spring counter balancing system for smooth and effortless operation
• Simple height adjustment
• Ladder sections ‘sit’ on trap door, no loft clearance required
